General Registration Information
Please review all information carefully before completing your registration
- U5 & U7 Timbits and New to Hockey Players registration will be accepted in Stage 2 starting on July 6th, 2026
- FSMH will be utilizing TeamLinkt this season for registration and team/player management.
- All payments will be processed online by credit card.
- Installment plans of up to 6 payments are available
- All tryout fees are non-refundable – See FSMH refund policy for more details
- If you are unable to pay by credit card, please contact the FSMH Office to arrange an alternative payment method.
- Registration is limited and subject to division capacity.
- If a division reaches capacity, you will have the option to register for the waitlist.

Important Note:
Program space is limited. Stage 1 registrations (returning players) will be given priority. Stage 2 registrations will only be accepted if space remains available after Stage 1 has concluded. If a division reaches capacity at any time, families will have the option to register for the waitlist.

Steps for Registration:
Please review all information carefully before completing your registration
- New hockey registration will be accepted in Stage 2 starting on July 6th, 2026
- Create a Spordle account and generate a Hockey Canada ID# for your child. – Click Here for Instructions
- Complete the Respect in Sport – Parent or equivalent program with Hockey Canada
- Only one parent or guardian per player is required to complete this certification.
- If you have multiple children, you do not need to retake the course — simply link each player to your existing certification.
- Prepare proof of residency (drivers license, current utility bill) you will be asked to upload this during registration.
- Prepare age verification documents (birth certificate or passport) you will be asked to upload this during registration
- U9-U11 Look at the tryout jersey size chart – you will need to pick a jersey size for your player during registration. – Click Here for Sized Chart
- Starting on Juy 6th use the FSMH TeamLinkt registration link to register your player
