Once on the registration page, select the appropriate registration form from the dropdown menu and click Get Started. You will then choose the correct division or program you would like to register for and click Continue.

Step 1:You will be prompted to select either Myself or A Family Member:

• Select A Family Member if you are registering a child or another family member.

Step 2: You will then need to sign in to your TeamLinkt account, or create an account if you do not already have one.

• If you are registering a child or family member, please ensure you select the correct family member from your account, or click Add a Family Member to create their profile before continuing.
• Once this is completed, continue filling out the required registration information until you reach the payment section. From there, select your preferred payment option and complete the registration process.
• After successfully registering, we highly recommend downloading the TeamLinkt app to stay up to date with team schedules, events, scores, stats, chats, and important association communications throughout the season.

Everyone who creates a TeamLinkt account automatically has a Family profile created for them. Your Family profile allows you to:

• Manage family members
• View and manage registrations
• Manage TeamLinkt Plus
• Access team and player information
• Allow parents/guardians to manage child accounts

Adding or Inviting Family Members

To invite family members to your TeamLinkt Family account, navigate to the Family section within your profile and select either Add Member or Invite Member.

You can:

• Enter their information manually, or
• Send an invitation by email

If the invited person already has a TeamLinkt account, they can simply accept the invitation to join your Family profile. If they do not yet have an account, they will be prompted to create one using the invitation link.

Important Note About Team Access

Adding someone to your TeamLinkt Family does not automatically give them access to team information, schedules, chats, or events.

To provide access to a player’s team information, the individual must also be added to the team roster as a contact for that player.

Managing Your Family From the App

• Open the TeamLinkt App
• Navigate to the Teams tab
• Click your Profile icon in the top right corner
• Select Manage Family
• You will be redirected to app.teamlinkt.com where you can manage your Family account

Managing Your Family From the Web

• Log in at app.teamlinkt.com
• Navigate to your Profile
• Select the Family section
• Choose Add Member or Invite Member
• Enter the family member’s information or email address to send an invitation

If the family member already has a TeamLinkt account, they can accept the invitation and join your Family profile. Otherwise, they will be asked to create an account first.

Editing Family Member Information

To edit a family member’s information such as:

• Birthdate
• Phone number
• Address
• Email information

You must have permission to manage family members. Typically, this permission belongs to the parent or guardian who originally created the Family account.

Once your registration has been completed and your player has been assigned to a team, you can access your team information through the TeamLinkt App or Web Platform.

From the App

1. Search for TeamLinkt in your device’s App Store or Google Play Store
2. Download the app
3. Create your account or sign in using your existing email address

Important Notes

• If you see a Pending Team, this means either:
  • You have not yet been added to a team, or
  • The team has not yet been activated by FSMH

Switching Between Teams

If your account is connected to multiple teams:

1. Press the team name in the top left corner of the app
2. Select the team you would like to view

From the Web

1. Visit app.teamlinkt.com
2. Create an account or log in using your existing TeamLinkt credentials

Viewing Your Team

• Use the team dropdown menu located in the upper right corner below your name to select and view your team
